Srushti Dehmukh was preparing to sit for UPSC when she was in her final semester of her engineering degree. After graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she would enjoy a career in engineering job. Once she realized her goal and pursuing it, she started working in civil service. The parents of her encouraged her to prepare for civils and make an impact in the community. She remained motivated and concentrated on becoming an IAS Officer. Achieving UPSC takes more work. As she studied in engineering She also had to work on different subjects for UPSC. The time she allocated for test preparation daily. She mastered the engineering exams in just one and a half months and stayed away from social activities. She believes that being focused solely on what needs to be done is key to passing this exam. She wanted to pass this test on her first attempt and put in a lot of hard work. Every day, she went through the news to stay up with current events. Rajya Sabha TV, online studies and resources proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh Book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has written and published the book titled The Answer Writing Handbook. The book is available at libraries across all States of India. It's a good book for IAS applicants who work hard for this exam.
